Christopher Williamson
Designer/Design Director/Animator
Christopher has molded a remarkable career in computer design and fine art that has proven to be
an impeccable frontier of accomplishments. He holds a degree in graphic design, illustration and
fine art from Kendall Art College of Michigan.
His career started at The Weather Channel in 1981 where he developed into a pioneer in the computer design industry by becoming the first designer in the nation to use his talents on the Quantel Paintbox.
After moving to Los Angeles in 1984 he was the principal element in starting and building several
design companies. His freelance career was also the creative force behind the early success of Novocom, which brought worldly acclaimed clients.
He started a successful design boutique, which became a two-time Emmy award winning design
company. He is a thirty two year veteran in the broadcast design industry.
His talents stretch from design, animation, art direction and production. He has gone on to design
for a large array of clients around the world. They range from CCTV China, RTL in Germany,
SKY Broadcasting, Cinecanal, Telemundo, Mundo FOX, Fox Sports, ESPN, FOX Network, HBO, Showtime, Starz, NBC, ABC, CBS, WB, HGTV, Travel Channel, Animal Planet and many others. He has designed a broad variety of show opens and logos as well as news and network branding packages.
Christopher's extensive collection of achievements include seven Emmy awards, ten Emmy nominations
and a small fleet of BDA, Promax and Telle awards.
